My stay at this hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms were spacious but not soundproof enough; however, my upgrade to a deluxe room was a pleasant surprise. The service was top-notch with all the necessary amenities available. The location was convenient though a bit hard to find at first. Dining options were basic, but the fish dish was exceptional.

My room was located upstairs and was a bit cold, not soundproof, allowing noise from outside and elevator to be heard. However, the deluxe room I was transferred to was very large and comfortable.

The service was excellent, offering dry cleaning, housekeeping, and grocery shopping services. The staff also provided a convenient shuttle service.

Location

The hotel's location was good, near shopping streets, with easy access to public transportation and short distances to many attractions. Although initially hard to find, it was close to the center of Nisantasi.

The dining was in another building with limited options, but the fish dish I had was delicious.
